Two consciously designed family homes are arranged in a butterfly plan on a shared site in Hampton, set amongst the suburb’s leafy streetscape. The dwellings prioritise generous, light-filled spaces to support the rhythms of busy family life, while a light brick and timber façade responds to the beachside context with integrated external shading that moderates the summer sun.
